Vice President, Human Resources

As VP of Human Resources, Emily leads KWT Global’s talent and human resources functions in the areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, and training and development. She is a passionate, empathetic leader and business partner, working to provide both strategic level and operational support on a wide number of agency initiatives.   

Emily brings over 20 years of experience working in the communications industry. She started her human resources career at Burson-Marstellar where she worked in recruitment and was actively involved in the Harold Burson Summer Internship Program. She then joined Grey Global Group, partnering on HR Generalist functions including recruiting, employee relations, and training and development. Emily’s time at Horizon Media offered growth and development in her career, initially joining the talent acquisition team, handling full cycle recruitment across multiple business units in the US and then transitioning into a strategic HR Business Partner role for the US and Canada, including Horizon’s start-up ventures and affiliates.
