KWT Global Appoints Gabrielle Zucker to CEO

KWT Global, an MDC Partners (Nasdaq: MDCA) brand communications and PR agency and part of the Doner Partner Network, announced today the appointment of agency president and co-founder Gabrielle Zucker to CEO. Current CEO and co-founder Aaron Kwittken will transition to agency Chairman effective January 1, 2021.

As Chairman, Kwittken will continue to work with certain clients, host his popular Brand on Purpose podcast and participate in select business development and agency marketing initiatives. The rest of his time will be devoted towards scaling PRophet, the new AI-driven software venture he launched earlier this year with MDC Ventures. He will be working from KWT Global and PRophet’s new offices at 1 World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan.

Kwittken said, “I am confident that the agency will continue to prosper under Gabrielle’s leadership and that our clients and staff will benefit greatly from her vision and day-to-day management. Gabrielle is an agency unicorn. She’s a whip-smart, resilient, unbreakable, hard-working, kind and compassionate human being.”

“Aaron created an agency that transcends the established PR model and has spent the last 15 years applying his passion, determination and focused energy to stay ahead of the market, consistently innovating to be more performative and elevate the industry,” said Gabrielle Zucker. She added, “His purpose-driven leadership and unrelenting dedication have always been guided by the agency’s core values of grit, empathy, curiosity, collaboration and optimism, which by no coincidence mirror his own. I am honored to continue his vision, evolving and pushing the boundaries of our craft and what we can do for our clients while ensuring a stable and healthy agency for our staff to thrive and grow.”

In June of this year KWT Global combined its operations with HL Group, also an MDC agency, adding even deeper expertise in consumer, lifestyle, luxury, fashion and beauty.  Since the merger, the agency added numerous new clients to its roster including Hims&Hers and Purple Innovation. The agency boasts a client roster that includes Deloitte, American Express Global Business Travel, Four Seasons, NetJets, Bonobos, Eataly, BLINK Fitness, DotDash, IRONMAN, PURE Insurance, Telesat, Orbia, Ricoh, Laurel Road, PayPal, L’Oreal USA, Dataminr, Tanger Outlets and diptyque.
